I made a green pepper bacon pizza this morning, although the cheese was less, but it tasted good
早起做了份青椒培根披萨,虽然芝士少了些,但是味道很好。
披萨底材料Pizza bottom material:
高筋面粉gluten flour :145g
低筋面粉soft flour :60g
温水Warm water:90g
细砂糖Fine sugar:10g
酵母Yeast:2g
盐Salt:1g
橄榄油Olive oil:15g
芝士Cheese
番茄酱 ketchup
培根Bacon:4
Green pepper:1
步骤step:
1.高筋面粉,低筋面粉,细砂糖,温水,酵母,盐,橄榄油放在一起,揉成完全阶段(注意,酵母和盐不能放在一起,否则会影响酵母发酵)

2.揉成光滑的面团后盖成保鲜膜,静置发酵半个小时

3.面团发酵成2倍大

4.面团擀圆或擀成四方形
Roll out the dough into one large circle or square
5.用叉子将面团戳很多小孔

6.刷一层番茄酱
Brush a layer of ketchup
7.培根和青椒切成小片,先炒一下,去掉水分
Cut the bacon and green pepper into small pieces, fry them first, remove the water
8.把培根和青椒铺满披萨底上,在撒上芝士
Spread the bacon and green pepper on the bottom of the pizza and sprinkle with cheese.
9.烤箱预热200°中层上下火20分钟
Preheat the oven, up and down fire,200° on the middle layer for 20 minutes
