Baguette Sandwich:
First: Baguette
Ingredients:
High-gluten flour 260g
Salt 5g
Yeast 5g
Olive Oil 27g
Water 180g
practice:

1.Mix all the ingredients in the pot (be careful not to mix yeast and salt before the dough, otherwise it will affect the fermentation effect)

2.knead the dough into a complete stage.

3.And cover it with plastic film,keep moisture and humidity,until dough is fermented to 2 times larger

4.Divide the fermented dough into two parts, press the dough by hand, press out the air, and then stretch the dough.

5.Fold the elongated dough to the left and right,press it with your hands, and roll it up from top to bottom.

6.Then knead the dough into a long strip and shape it .

7.If you have a special baking tray for Baguette,then put it directly on the special baking tray.If you don’t have it,you can use the oil paper,put the long strip of dough on it,and then sort the oil paper slightly out of the compartment.

8.And cover it with plastic film,until dough is fermented to 2 times larger

9.After fermenting, sprinkle some flour on it, then cut it with a knife for about 3 times

10.Place a baking tray without water on the bottom of the oven and preheat it to 220 degrees. After the oven temperature has risen, pour some water on the baking tray. Then put the dough in the oven, bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Secondly :Sandwich :
1.Cut the baguette into two sections, then take one of the sections and cut it from the middle.

2.Stir the vegetables, put them in the baguette with some fried eggs,dried meat floss, etc.Then you can eat it.

The sandwich can be filled with all kinds of ingredients you like, such as ham, bacon, etc., or sprinkled with salad , tomato sauce is more delicious.

I’ve seen the most sandwiches before, usually made with toast, so when I see the Baguette Sandwish on the Internet,and bagels can make sandwiches, then I try to make it, it tastes good, and it’s nutritious.

Because I need to go to work during the day,so it’s better to bake Baguette the night before, otherwise it will take a few hours,will be too late.And then take the baguette on the next day,and put the favorite food in it,it only takes a few minutes,then you can have the breakfast,it’s convenient and nutrition.

法棍三明治
一:法棍做法:
食材:
高筋面粉 260克
盐 5克
干酵母 5克
橄榄油 27克
水 180克

做法:
1.将所有材料混合放到盆中(注意和面之前,不要将干酵母和盐混合一起,否则会影响发酵效果)

2.用手将面揉到光滑,扩展阶段

3.然后用保鲜膜盖住盆,保持水分和湿度,发酵至2倍大

4.将发酵好的面团分成两份,用手将面团压一压,压出空气,再将面团拉长

5.将拉长后的面团左右折叠起来,用手在压平,从上到下卷起来

6.然后将面团揉搓成长条状,整理出形状

7.有法棍专用的烤盘,就直接放到法棍专用烤盘上。如果没有的话,可以跟我一样,用油纸铺到烤网上,平铺上去,将长条状的面团放上去,再将油纸稍微整理出隔层。

8.用保鲜膜盖住面团,发酵到2倍大

9.发酵后,撒一些面粉上去,然后用刀割3刀左右

10.烤箱底层放一个不加水的烤盘,预热220度。烤箱温度升高后,倒入一些水。然后将法棍放入烤箱,220度烤30分钟,再200度烤10分钟即可。

二:三明治做法:
1.将法棍切成两段,然后取其中一段从中间切开。

2.将蔬菜翻炒下,放入法棍里,同时放入煎好的鸡蛋,肉松,即可开吃。

三明治里可以加自己喜欢吃的各种材料,如火腿,培根等等,也可以撒一些沙拉酱,番茄酱更好吃。

之前看到最多的三明治,通常是用吐司做的,偶然在网上看到法棍,贝果也可以做三明治,所以尝试了下,味道都很好吃,而且很营养。

由于白天需要上班,所以,一般法棍会在前一天晚上就做好,否则需要几个小时的时间,来不及。然后第二天将法棍拿出来,添加些自己喜欢吃的简单易做的食材上去,只需要几分钟的时间就够了,方便快捷营养。
