早餐牛角包Breakfast Croissants

第一次做牛角包,自从学会做了面包之后,做牛角包,或者其他用高筋面粉做出来的,都感觉相对简单,一切都感觉是面包一样。但距离做很好吃,还是有些差距,需要再接再励。
牛角包做法:
高筋面粉:210G
酵母粉: 3G
温牛奶: 90G
细砂糖: 25G(我用的比较少糖,喜欢吃甜的,可以多加点糖)
玉米油: 15G
鸡蛋: 1个(小个)
牛奶的温度不需要太热,有一点温度就可以了(温度太高,会影响酵母发酵)。
拿一个大盆,把所有的材料都倒入,将面揉光滑,盖上保鲜膜,放入烤箱中层,烤箱中放入一碗热水,更有利于面的发酵。
面团发酵至2倍大,再把面揉一下,排除面里面的气。
菜板上撒上面粉,用擀面杖把面擀平,然后切成三角形的面,从三角形的底部开始卷起来,就成牛角包了。
把卷好的牛角包放入烤盘里,刷上蛋液。
烤箱175度预热,然后已放入牛角包的烤盘放入烤箱175度23分钟左右就可以了。
