There is a bookstore,and Redecoration,many people think it’s a beautiful now.

I have something need to do on this place,so I visit this bookstore on this weekend.

I took some photos and video,it’s really nice place that can read and play.

 

之前的一间书店,重新装修,很多人都觉得很好看​。
刚好周末的时候​路过去办事,去看了下。
环境改造后,真的挺高大上的,拍了点短视频​和照片。

很多年都没怎么拍这种小清新的物件的,​感觉这些物件很可爱。

跟朋友一起吃饭的时候看到了这些灯,感觉都好好看。
烧烤店的环境也很好,关键是跟一起玩的来的朋友一起吃饭的感觉比较好。

When I have dinner with my friends,I saw these lights,they are really beautiful.

Also the environment of BBQ’s restaurant also very good.

The important thing is that can play together with the right person,it’s really a happiness thing.

墨西哥卷饼早餐Taco Breakfast

墨西哥卷饼TACO

今天做的是墨西哥卷饼,非常好吃。

昨晚把墨西哥卷饼揉面盖上保鲜膜放到冰箱里提前一天准备好。把所有的材料放进锅里,揉下面。

材料如下:

高筋面粉:100G

低筋:100G

橄榄油或色拉油:20G

水:90-100G

粗盐:3G

将所有的材料放进盆里揉光滑了,盖上保鲜膜,等今天早上起来的时候,再用擀面杖擀下。

再把面大概轻微煎下,然后把要用的菜稍微炒下,放到这个炒好的面上,这个菜就很美味了。

以前做过墨西哥卷饼,所以熟悉了后,现在做卷饼就感觉比较简单了。

香蕉蛋糕早餐Banana Cake Breakfast

It feels like I haven’t had good breafast for a long time,so I make a banana cake last night.

When I woke up this morning,I only cook the corn and eggs are ok in this morning.

It ’s very convenient and delicious.

And bake this banana cake is very simple as below:

Method: 120g banana; 100g low powder, 1 egg; 70g sugar; 30g salad oil, 30g milk, 5g baking powder.

Put the bananas in a fresh-keeping bag, knead them, then stir all the ingredients into a paste, pour into the cake mold, and preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Very convenient and concise, it’s  very healthy.

感觉很久都没好好吃早饭了,所以昨天晚上特意做了个香蕉蛋糕,早上起来煮个玉米和鸡蛋就可以了,非常方便,而且很好吃。香蕉蛋糕做法也非常简单。

做法:香蕉 120g; 低粉100g,鸡蛋1个;糖 70g; 色拉油30g,牛奶30g,泡打粉5g.

先将香蕉放入保鲜袋里,捏烂,然后放入所有的材料搅拌成糊状,倒入蛋糕模具里,烤箱180度预热 30-40分钟,烤完就可以了。非常方便简洁,又可以吃的很健康。

Today’s Black Kerneled Rice Semen Coicis Millet Congee.
It is more convenient to cook this Congee. After washing the material, put them in the pressure cooker for a long time, then put the brown sugar in it, you can eat it.

今天的早餐是黑米薏仁小米粥。
煮这个粥比较方便,将材料洗完,直接放高压锅里煮久点,然后再放红糖进去,就可以吃了。

day 4 Baguette color pepper sandwich food 法棍彩椒三明治早餐

Today’s breakfast is Baguette color pepper sandwich.

I always get up at about 6 am or 6:30 am every morning to make breakfast.

The Baguette need to be bake in advance,otherwise,it needs to be fermented,it’ll be too late to go to work.

Actually, I’m still a little late for work.^_^

When I get up in the morning, only fry an egg and fried a color pepper, by the way, fried pepper can be used as lunch.

Then hot milk, cut the bananas, avocados, and put nuts, so that breakfast and lunch can be solved.

Health and nutrition.

 

今天早餐是法棍彩椒三明治早餐。

每天差不多6点或者6点半起来做早餐,法棍需要提前准备好,否则要法棍要发酵,每天上班,时间会来不及。
其实还是上班还是有点小迟到的。嘻嘻 ^_^

早上起来的时候,就可以煎个蛋,炒个彩椒,顺便炒完的彩椒可以拿来当午餐便当。
再热个牛奶,切下香蕉,牛油果,放个坚果,这样早餐和午餐就都可以解决了。

健康又营养。

#Day 3 Baguette Breakfast 法棍早餐

Today’s breakfast is Baguette, I baked the baguette made last night, so I can have Baguette Breakfast today,it’s more convenience.

I used to like all kinds of breads and cakes and they are very delicious. Since I baked,I just like to baking bread and cakes,instead of eating,because we have to add some sugar or butter when we bake them.When we bake Baguette only need to add salted instead of sugar or butter,more health.

However, It’s only my opinion,sometimes I also eat some of breads or cakes after I baking.

今日早餐法棍,昨天晚上做的法棍,今天就可以吃了,比较方便。

以前很喜欢各种面包,蛋糕,觉得特别好吃。自从自己会烘焙了以后,那些什么蛋糕,面包之类的,就开始只是喜欢做而已,而不太喜欢吃了,因为蛋糕,面包都有加些糖或者黄油这些。而法棍是加盐的,感觉会更健康。
不过,这只是个人感觉而已,偶尔要做烘焙,做完还是会吃些的。: )
