day 2 potato fat beef slices breakfast food 土豆肥牛片早餐

Today’s breakfast is potato fat beef slices, I get up at 6 am to make breakfast, Boil potatoes takes a long time.
And it’s too late to cut fruit,have to finish the breakfast as fast as I can,and then go to work.
Wish I can insist on doing breakfast.
今天早餐土豆肥牛片早餐,早上6点就起来做早餐,煮土豆的时间比较久点。
所以水果什么的,都来不及切,就赶紧吃完出门去上班了。
坚持做早餐。
Pineapple Bread 菠萝包

I used to eat pineapple breads which I bought them outside.
I prefer to eat sweet and a little crisp outside of Pineapple breads.
So I made a pineapple bread myself.
They are very delicious.
After I know how to baking, I rarely buy bread and cakes outside, and I basically baking by myself.
when you baking,you’ll know to reduce the amount of sugar and know the calories of these products.
And you can baking bread or cakes that you want : )
以前外面买的时候很喜欢吃菠萝包。
就比较喜欢吃外面甜甜有点脆的感觉。
所以就自己做了一次菠萝包。
挺好吃的。
会做烘焙了后,就很少外面买面包蛋糕这些了,基本都自己做了。
做的过程中也可以减少很多糖量,当然更了解这些产品的热量了。 : )
可以做你想做的蛋糕或面包。
挺好的感觉。哈哈 : )

Guangzhou is famous for its cuisine. In Guangzhou, you can find all kinds of different restaurants at any time and anywhere.
When I stayed at Guangzhou for few days.the biggest difference between Guangzhou and Xiamen is that in Xiamen, you can easily find small and medium-sized or large supermarkets, buy a variety of daily necessities, fruit shops, as well as restaurants.
In Guangzhou, we often see FAMILY MART, 711 stores, if you want to buy daily necessities, fruits, flower or others, need to go to relatively distant places to buy, it’s inconvenient.
But if you want to find all kinds of gourment shops,you can see them everywhere .It can be seen that there are differences between Guangzhou’s catering culture.
We went to some restaurants to eat different kinds of delicious food this time.
广州以美食而著称,在广州你可以随时随地都可以找到各种各样不同的吃的店。
在广州几天的时间里,发现广州与厦门最大的不同就是,在厦门你很容易找到中小型超市,大型超市,买到各种日用品,生活用品以及水果店铺,还有餐饮店。
而在广州,经常看到的是FAMILY MART,711这样的店铺比较多,购买生活用品,水果店,花店等这样的地方,需要到相对比较远的地方购买,感觉会比较不方便些。但是找各种美食店,在你周围附近,随处都可以看到。可见,广州的饮食文化差别。
这次,到广州就去了一些地方品尝了各种的美食。

Baguette Sandwich Breakfast Recipes 法棍三明治早餐 食谱

Baguette Sandwich:
First: Baguette
Ingredients:
High-gluten flour 260g
Salt 5g
Yeast 5g
Olive Oil 27g
Water 180g
practice:
1.Mix all the ingredients in the pot (be careful not to mix yeast and salt before the dough, otherwise it will affect the fermentation effect)
2.knead the dough into a complete stage.
3.And cover it with plastic film,keep moisture and humidity,until dough is fermented to 2 times larger
4.Divide the fermented dough into two parts, press the dough by hand, press out the air, and then stretch the dough.
5.Fold the elongated dough to the left and right,press it with your hands, and roll it up from top to bottom.
6.Then knead the dough into a long strip and shape it .
7.If you have a special baking tray for Baguette,then put it directly on the special baking tray.If you don’t have it,you can use the oil paper,put the long strip of dough on it,and then sort the oil paper slightly out of the compartment.
8.And cover it with plastic film,until dough is fermented to 2 times larger
9.After fermenting, sprinkle some flour on it, then cut it with a knife for about 3 times
10.Place a baking tray without water on the bottom of the oven and preheat it to 220 degrees. After the oven temperature has risen, pour some water on the baking tray. Then put the dough in the oven, bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Secondly :Sandwich :
1.Cut the baguette into two sections, then take one of the sections and cut it from the middle.
2.Stir the vegetables, put them in the baguette with some fried eggs,dried meat floss, etc.Then you can eat it.
The sandwich can be filled with all kinds of ingredients you like, such as ham, bacon, etc., or sprinkled with salad , tomato sauce is more delicious.
I’ve seen the most sandwiches before, usually made with toast, so when I see the Baguette Sandwish on the Internet,and bagels can make sandwiches, then I try to make it, it tastes good, and it’s nutritious.
Because I need to go to work during the day,so it’s better to bake Baguette the night before, otherwise it will take a few hours,will be too late.And then take the baguette on the next day,and put the favorite food in it,it only takes a few minutes,then you can have the breakfast,it’s convenient and nutrition.
法棍三明治
一:法棍做法:
食材:
高筋面粉 260克
盐 5克
干酵母 5克
橄榄油 27克
水 180克
做法:
1.将所有材料混合放到盆中(注意和面之前,不要将干酵母和盐混合一起,否则会影响发酵效果)
2.用手将面揉到光滑,扩展阶段
3.然后用保鲜膜盖住盆,保持水分和湿度,发酵至2倍大
4.将发酵好的面团分成两份,用手将面团压一压,压出空气,再将面团拉长
5.将拉长后的面团左右折叠起来,用手在压平,从上到下卷起来
6.然后将面团揉搓成长条状,整理出形状
7.有法棍专用的烤盘,就直接放到法棍专用烤盘上。如果没有的话,可以跟我一样,用油纸铺到烤网上,平铺上去,将长条状的面团放上去,再将油纸稍微整理出隔层。
8.用保鲜膜盖住面团,发酵到2倍大
9.发酵后,撒一些面粉上去,然后用刀割3刀左右
10.烤箱底层放一个不加水的烤盘,预热220度。烤箱温度升高后,倒入一些水。然后将法棍放入烤箱,220度烤30分钟,再200度烤10分钟即可。
二:三明治做法:
1.将法棍切成两段,然后取其中一段从中间切开。
2.将蔬菜翻炒下,放入法棍里,同时放入煎好的鸡蛋,肉松,即可开吃。
三明治里可以加自己喜欢吃的各种材料,如火腿,培根等等,也可以撒一些沙拉酱,番茄酱更好吃。
之前看到最多的三明治,通常是用吐司做的,偶然在网上看到法棍,贝果也可以做三明治,所以尝试了下,味道都很好吃,而且很营养。
由于白天需要上班,所以,一般法棍会在前一天晚上就做好,否则需要几个小时的时间,来不及。然后第二天将法棍拿出来,添加些自己喜欢吃的简单易做的食材上去,只需要几分钟的时间就够了,方便快捷营养。
日本料理自助餐 Japanese Cuisine buffet food

Go to Japanese buffet with colleagues.
Because it is a buffet, so there are more options.
Colleagues tend to eat raw things like sashimi, raw beef and raw octopus.
Personally, I prefer to eat cooked food. Most people eat more raw food at the Japanese Restaurant ,and the food taste good.
I have watched many news on TV,so I don’t dare to eat raw food, I tend to eat cooked food.
The grilled fish is very tasty and the foie gras taste a little sweet,they are very delicious.
We also ate a lot of other Japanese food, such as tempura, fruit salad, roast eel and so on.
It was quite special to use teapot set drink the soup.
跟同事一起去日本料理自助餐。
因为是自助餐,所以有比较多的选择性。
同事倾向于吃生的东西,比如生鱼片,生牛肉以及生的章鱼。
我个人比较倾向于吃熟的东西,吃日料多数人一般也是吃生的比较多,口感也很好。
只是新闻看多了,自然就不敢吃生的东西了,所以倾向于吃熟食。
感觉店里的烤鱼非常入味,鹅肝有点甜甜的味道,入口即化的感觉。
我们也吃了很多其他的日料,比如天妇罗,水果沙拉,烤鳗鱼等等。
第一次喝味增汤是用茶壶倒到茶杯里的,还挺特别的。

There is a famous Brand Pizza Store in my city,so when my friend visit my city,I went with my friend to have lunch of it.
But we don’t think the taste of pizza is as good as the promotion.
So I make the Pizza by myself,and I think the taste is better than the famous Brand Pizza store .
And I can add any food which I like on the Pizza.
Also I’ll make more different Pizza in future by myself.

My Lunch Food 午餐便当

Because I think have lunch at Restaurant isn’t clean,and they are also expensive now,I can buy lots of food with that payment.
And I have seen the 365-day gourment series that others do,I think they are really strong.It’s really hard to do the different lunch in 365 days,I always buy the same food during 3 days.
However,I think I should try to do it,whether I can do it or not.
I hope that I can do better and better!

因为外面的食物不太干净,而且现在外面吃一餐的费用,自己也可以买很多吃的了。
看过别人经常做的365天美食系列,感觉真心很强大。自己买个菜3天里都能有几个菜重复的,何况是做365天,不重复的菜。
不过,无论能不能做到,也是要先去尝试下看看才知道。
希望可以越做越好!
Bacon Pizza food 培根披萨 食谱

I made a green pepper bacon pizza this morning, although the cheese was less, but it tasted good
早起做了份青椒培根披萨,虽然芝士少了些,但是味道很好。
披萨底材料Pizza bottom material:
高筋面粉gluten flour :145g
低筋面粉soft flour :60g
温水Warm water:90g
细砂糖Fine sugar:10g
酵母Yeast:2g
盐Salt:1g
橄榄油Olive oil:15g
芝士Cheese
番茄酱 ketchup
培根Bacon:4
Green pepper:1
步骤step:
1.高筋面粉,低筋面粉,细砂糖,温水,酵母,盐,橄榄油放在一起,揉成完全阶段(注意,酵母和盐不能放在一起,否则会影响酵母发酵)
gluten flour, soft flour, fine sugar, warm water, yeast, salt, and olive oil are put together and knead into a complete stage (remark: yeast and salt cannot be put together, otherwise it will affect yeast fermentation)
2.揉成光滑的面团后盖成保鲜膜,静置发酵半个小时
Knead the smooth dough,and cover it with plastic film, and leave it to ferment for half an hour
3.面团发酵成2倍大
The dough is fermented to 2 times larger
4.面团擀圆或擀成四方形
Roll out the dough into one large circle or square
5.用叉子将面团戳很多小孔
Poke the dough into a lot of small holes with a fork
6.刷一层番茄酱
Brush a layer of ketchup
7.培根和青椒切成小片,先炒一下,去掉水分
Cut the bacon and green pepper into small pieces, fry them first, remove the water
8.把培根和青椒铺满披萨底上,在撒上芝士
Spread the bacon and green pepper on the bottom of the pizza and sprinkle with cheese.
9.烤箱预热200°中层上下火20分钟
Preheat the oven, up and down fire,200° on the middle layer for 20 minutes
米粉面 chinese food 中餐

It’s Summer now,the weather is hot,and dislike to have lunch with rice ,so I order noodles to eat.
There are various kinds of noodles in China.
So I order one of them,the soy bean is very crisp and fragrant.
White sour radish, refreshing, it’s suitable for summer.

夏天到了,中午的时候,饭通常会比较吃不下,所以就会点些面来吃.
中国有各种各样的面,所以我点了其中一种。
上面一颗颗的是油炸过的黄豆非常脆,也挺香的。
白色的是酸萝卜,适合夏天,爽口,非常适合下饭。
