Red bean porridge breakfast红豆粥早餐

这周五煮的是汤圆红豆粥早餐。
材料:
红豆
花生
黑米
汤圆
首先就是先把红豆,花生,黑米开水烫下,过掉水,然后一起放到高压锅里煮熟。
再打开高压锅,把汤圆和红糖一起放进去煮一会即可。加了花生和汤圆,会比较好吃。
汤圆的做法也非常简单:
材料就是75克糯米粉加60克的温水,混合在一起,分成一样的大小,揉圆,就可以了。
这几天才第一次学做汤圆,才发现原来一直以来的汤圆是这么容易做。
下次尝试做些添加馅料的。
红豆粥放汤圆的做法,是看到台湾一部电视里,红豆粥里有放汤圆,所以这次煮的时候也尝试放了汤圆,果然挺好吃的。
